位於台中的朝陽科技大學斥資1300萬買下除役的波音777機身，打造飛航情境式航空教育的專業教室。飛航情境模擬教室也串聯該校的機場管制塔台模擬教室、實習國際航空站，成為培育航空菁英的重要基地。

朝陽航空學院也擁有空中巴士A320全罩式飛行模擬駕駛機、B747-400固定式模擬機，以及DA40模擬機等特色教學設備，並將持續購入DA42模擬機。

朝陽航空學院已與澳洲Airways Aviation、美國南伊利諾州大學、長榮航空、長榮航太、亞洲航空、華信航空、星宇航空、飛特立航空、安捷航空、威翔航空、漢翔航空工業及亞洲航空等建立合作機制，培養台灣航空產業人才。

Chaoyang University of Technology Creates Flight Simulation Classroom to Cultivate Taiwan's Aviation Talents

Chaoyang University of Technology (CYUT) in Taichung, Taiwan, has invested NT$13 million to purchase a retired Boeing 777 aircraft fuselage to create a professional classroom for flight simulation education. The flight simulation classroom is also connected to the university's airport control tower simulation classroom and practice international airport, making it an important base for cultivating aviation elites.

CYUT's College of Aviation also has a number of other unique teaching facilities, including an Airbus A320 full-flight simulator, a Boeing 747-400 fixed-wing simulator, and a DA40 simulator. The college plans to continue purchasing DA42 simulators.
